Last Updated: October 14, 2026
We at Mind n Moxie respect Your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how We collect, use, share, and protect the personal information You provide to Us when You visit mindnmoxie.com or any of Our related pages (including book.mindnmoxie.com and Our client portal), purchase Our services, or engage with Us on social media, as well as the rights You have over that information.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. When We make changes, We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when they are published on Our website. We encourage You to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services, even if Our website links to them or they link to Our website. We recommend You review the privacy practices of those third parties before sharing any personal information with them.
Information We Collect
Personal Data
Personal Data is information that can be used to identify You, such as Your name, business name, job title, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and the details You share about Your brand or project. You provide this information voluntarily when You fill out an inquiry or application form, book a call, sign a proposal or contract, make a payment, subscribe to Our emails, download a free resource, or contact Us. You are under no obligation to provide it, but if You do not, We may be unable to respond to You or provide Our services.
Derivative Data
Derivative data is information Our website and service providers collect automatically when You visit, such as Your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, referring page, the pages You view, and the dates and times of Your visits. Some of this is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, described in the "Cookies and Tracking Technologies" section below and in Our Cookie Policy.
Financial Data
Financial data is information related to Your payment method, such as card or bank details. We do not store full card numbers. Payments are processed by Our payment processors, including Stripe and HoneyBook, and You should review their privacy policies to understand how they handle Your financial data (stripe.com/privacy and honeybook.com/privacy).
Social Networking Data
If You interact with Us on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other social networks, We may receive information from those platforms, such as Your username, profile picture, and any public information or messages You choose to share with Us. You can control what these platforms share through Your privacy settings on each platform.
Other Data
From time to time You may give Us additional information, for example to take a quiz, enter a giveaway, or respond to a survey. It will be clear when You are providing this information and why.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to Your inquiries and schedule calls;
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices, and deliver the services You purchase;
- Process payments and refunds;
- Correspond with You, including by email and, where You have agreed, by text message;
- Send You Our newsletter, free resources You request, and updates about Our services;
- Measure how Our website and advertising perform, and show relevant ads to people who have visited Our website;
- Request feedback and improve Our website and services;
- Administer quizzes, contests, or giveaways;
- Prevent fraud and keep Our website secure; and
- Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Grounds for Using Your Data
Legitimate business interests: communicating with You, providing and improving Our services and website, and marketing Our services.
Performance of a contract: entering into and carrying out an agreement with You.
Consent: where You have given consent, such as to receive marketing emails or text messages. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Legal obligations: where We are required to use or keep data by law.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell Your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:
Service providers. We use trusted third parties to run Our business, and they may process Your information on Our behalf. These include Showit (website hosting), HoneyBook (inquiry forms, proposals, contracts, invoices, and payments), Montaire (Our customer relationship, scheduling, email, and text messaging platform, built on HighLevel), Stripe (payment processing), Google Workspace (email and file storage), and Later (social media scheduling). We do not authorize them to use Your information except to provide services to Us.
Advertising and analytics partners. We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use Our website and to measure and target Our advertising. These partners may collect information about Your activity on Our website through cookies and pixels and combine it with information they hold. Under some U.S. state laws this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or "targeted advertising." You can opt out at any time (see "Your Choices" below).
By law. We may share Your information when required by law, to respond to legal process such as a subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Our company, Our clients, or others.
To protect Our company. We may use and disclose information as reasonably necessary to investigate violations of Our policies, obtain insurance or professional advice, and establish or defend legal claims.
Business transfers. If Our company is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, Your information may be transferred as part of that transaction and will remain subject to this Privacy Policy.
Online postings. If You post comments or other content publicly on Our social channels, others can see it.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If You provide Your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Us, We may send You messages about appointments, Your inquiry, Your project, or Our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes service providers that help Us deliver messages, such as Our messaging platform and carriers.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Like most websites, We use cookies, pixels, log files, and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files stored by Your browser. We use:
- Essential cookies and storage that make Our website work and remember Your cookie choices;
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) that tell Us how visitors find and use Our website. Clarity records anonymized interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement so We can see where a page is confusing; it masks text You type into forms; and
- Advertising cookies and pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) that measure Our ads and let Us show Our ads to people who have visited Our website.
When You first visit Our website, You will see a notice explaining Our use of cookies. Analytics and advertising cookies are on by default, and You can opt out at any time by clicking "Opt out" on that notice or "Cookie Settings" in Our website footer. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if Your browser sends it, We automatically turn off advertising cookies and pixels for Your visit. Our website does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there is no common standard for them; We honor GPC instead.
We may also learn when You open an email from Us, which helps Us improve Our communications. See Our Cookie Policy for more detail.
Your Choices
- Cookies and targeted advertising: use "Cookie Settings" in Our footer, turn on Global Privacy Control in Your browser, or adjust Your browser's cookie settings.
- Google: install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or manage ad settings at adssettings.google.com. Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): manage ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences. Meta's Privacy Policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- Microsoft Clarity: see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Industry tools: the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.
- Emails: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, or email Us.
- Texts: reply STOP.
Where Your Data Is Stored

We keep personal data for as long as We need it for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, keep business and tax records, and comply with legal obligations, or until You ask Us to delete it and We are not required to keep it. Analytics data is generally retained for a shorter period. We cannot control the retention practices of third parties; if You want a third party to delete Your data, please also contact them directly.
