The Challenge
Porsche Englewood is a forward thinking company. They are sought after for their high level of customer service and their ability to procure and restore Porsches that no other dealership can. Though much time and intention is put towards their premium in-store experience, their internal team was not able to give social media the time and effort necessary to be on par with the brand’s needs.
Porsche Englewood came to us to create consistency on social media to engage their audience, to highlight their team (most of whom have a long standing history with the company), to make their page a hub for car inspiration, and to convert their followers into customers by booking appointments on the website.
The Outcome
We leveraged 2 social media platforms: Instagram and Facebook and created an in-depth strategy for each to engage with their audience, and create a sense of trust with followers. We removed all stock images and curated content that not only showed off the very cool cars available, but also created a closer connection to their audience by showing the people behind the brand.
Since working with us, for the first time ever, Porsche Englewood won the National Classic Restoration Challenge award. Their elevated social media presence aligned with their incredible in-store experience helped increase their KPIs and lead to more website conversions.
